login to local machine

Hello,

I need to install a program, but an error appears saying I need to
login to the local machine to do it.
I'm an administratror and only user of the laptop.
What should I do?

Is this the first time you've seen this issue? If so, contact the
makers of the program in question to determine if it's Vista-compatible,
or if there's some other problem with it.
