All USER Settings lost

Hello restart Vista Ultimate 64 opens my user . log in OK
than it says it creates a temporary USERPROFILE becaus eit can not load
mine

ALL I mean All settings are gone incl. Outlook, files ..

Systemrestore seems to have 5 restore points this faield also Frozen at
this process. Restart ... no more restorepoints those all gone too.
