Cannot Join 2003 domain

I have a vista business with sp1 (Just installed)

I get an error that the RPC server is unavailable when i try to Join the pc
to the domain.

Things I have tried:

Reset the Ipstack
Checked dns on the server nslookup ect= no errors
Static Ip on the client with dns pointing to server
dynamic via dhcp from the DC= all is correct
Tried wired and wireless cards
mapped drives to server dns again seems to be good.
A record for computer is present in dns

Another thing I have noticed is that the netlogon on the client will not
start.

I have run out of ideas on this please help.

Ok sorted!! i disabled the serverbox firewall, I thought i covered that as i
had 135 open on the server firewall, I am right in saying rpc needs udp also??
