vispa no users

I used vispa on the mom's computer. It deleted all users. :0 need help
bring any back. Its loads to log in, but no users.I used vispa on the

Hello Sigmatron,

I would recommend doing a System Restore at boot using a restore point
dated before this happened. Method Two in the tutorial below will help
show you how to do this if needed.
