Password lock - language is different

I set up my computer to use Arabic for password to log in, while
the default language is english. When I logged out, I expected to have
the icon for changing the language to use on the log in screen in order
that I change the language and then enter the password. However, the
unlike my other computer, the icon does not show on the log in page.

Now, I am in a fix, my password is in a language other than the default
language and so I cannot log on. Unfortunately, I unknowingly did not
create a password disk.

How do I get out of this fix? TIA

Try to boot into safe mode & try to login under the administrator
account.
