Cant see user Accounts

When I goto user accounts and select manage accounts I dont see any accounts
listed. but when I goto parental control screen it shows all my accounts. I
can create a account but I cant delete one since i cant manage my accounts.
I have the main account as administrator one account as standard user then
theres a guest account.
