How are all the account things shut off so we can both use this new Vista
computer equally? Neither of us can access anything and there is no admin
account.

Re: How are all the account things shut off?

Hello GingerKatt,

I do not know if you solved your problem yet, but you might try booting
into Safe Mode to see if you can enable the Built-in Administrator
account to use to create new administrator accounts for both of you.
These tutorial will show you how to do these if needed.

Hope this helps,
