How are all the account things shut off so we can both use this new Vista
computer equally? Neither of us can access anything and there is no admin
account.
I do not know if you solved your problem yet, but you might try booting
into Safe Mode to see if you can enable the Built-in Administrator
account to use to create new administrator accounts for both of you.
These tutorial will show you how to do these if needed.
