Administrator Account Ok. But others

Administrator Account, C:\Users\Administrator Folders And Registry Sid
Key Ok but Another Users and other Admin Account shown welcome screen
but Registry Sid Key and User Profiles not have when tick welcome screen
this account "User profile service failed to log on user profile cannot
be loaded" message :cry::cry::cry:

Have you tried to repair the disk? Second profile/s can be corrupted..

Yes you do. Right click on C: drive--> Properties-->Tools--> Error checking
-->Enable the option to automatically fix file system errors and to scan for
and attempt recovery of bad sectors.
