Accessing files.
Vista Home Premium/Windows Live Mail - I have made hidden and system files
visible. However, I like to keep a copy of email files on a backup drive.

When I attempt to see the contents of Users/user/localsettings, I get a
message that says "... is not Accessible. Access is denied."

I have set all Admin settings to give me permissions. I found a similar
issue in another thread that recommended :"open administrative prompt
go to the directory with the reparse/junction points in and dir/A/L/
This will display the path the junction point is linked to."

I am new to Vista, used XP pro since it came out. AM trying to be as
functional with Vista as I am with XP.

Thank you

Eileen B.
