Call the manufacturer and ask them to send you a Windows disk, most
will for little or no cost, some will refuse under any circumstances.
Then if that works you are done, if that does not work go online and
find Hiren's Boot CD, it is used by lots of system admins to reset
users passwords in this circumstance. It is a DANGEROUS piece of
software, it can do ALOT more, but it should work for your purposes if
you stay focused.
