Windows Update Error: 8024402C

Hi,

I've just been trying to do a Windows Update and have the error: 8024402C.
I can't find any reference to this error, and there is no help for it.

Anyone know what's causing this?
I have no issues with Network connectivity, web access is available, and I
can download from Microsoft or any other source without any problems. Seems
to be just Windows Update having a problem.
