Lots of Issues

I need some help (ready to nuke Vista):
I just upraded to Vista Home Perm. 32bit.
I was using XP sp2, and had activesync installed on old system.
I ported my files over to new computer, and everytime I turnaround
activesync want to try to install. HOW DO I STOP THIS??????
Also the narrator was turned on and I can not find how to turn it off, don't
need it.

If someone can help it will save my hair from being pulled out more, or the
computer from getting drop kicked out the door.
