I can not get pass logon screen and forgot password

I have Vista and forgot my logon password and when trying to sign on I only
have the one account to logon to? how do I bypass this and use my computer
again?

This will show you how to reset the password. You may have to do STEP
THREE.

ok umm tri this and it is free turn of the computer turn it back on taping F2
untill a crap load ofstuff comes on and if you look at all of it it says secruty click on it and you can change it
