Adminisrator

I have been trying to gain access to my Peachtree updates and keep getting
the message that I must be logged in as the administrator in Windows. I have
even set up another user account, logged off and into the new account, then
logged off and back in as administrator and still keep getting the same
message. I really need this access to finish my year end reports so I would
appreciate any help if available.
