Hi Kevin,
A lot of programs install automatically for all users, hence their shortcuts
will be on the Public Desktop. If you navigate to here, you can remove the
shortcuts:
C:\Users\Public\Desktop
Then you can recreate the appropriate shotcuts on the individual users
desktops:
C:\Users\Username\Desktop
