When I try to log on as administrator the computer crashes. I can log on as
a guest on another account already set up. I would like to be able to delete
the UAC and start fresh but I cannot get into the admin account.
Greetings,

Thanks, but I did try that and I still couldn't get it to work. I did a
rather extensive search on the problem and I found that I need a recovery
disk. Unfortunately I did not get one so I have to order one from Acer.
