how to make a new user with chosen drive?

Hi,

My problem as simple as :

I want to make a new user account in windows XP but i need to direct its
(Desktop,mydocument and windows file) path to a chosen drive, for e.g.(E:\ or
F:\).

So that every file saved in its decktop will be saved directly in the chosen
drive.

complex description:

i have 2 H.D, C&D are partitions in first H.D and E&F are in seconde H.D

i want to install VISTA in first H.D on drive C, and i want install XP on
drive E.

but the problem is ... i want to change using my Vista to work with XP
without making restart ... and without using Virtual Pc so that open XP as a
window in Vista

i want seperate windows using without restart

How can I ?!!
