Forgot Administrator Password

I have reset the Administrator password on my laptop and forgot it. I have
one other user account that belongs to my kids. It has internet access but
no rights to anything. Is there anything that I can do to reset and/or
delete the forgotten password? Please someone help me. I called the geek
squad and they told me that Windows Vista is too new and they don't know how
to get around it and gave me the microsoft phone number.

I'm locked out from my computer (right now I'm in at my sisters. Thank God I
had her password!) and I've been trying to remember my password but it's
lost.
(Well, I changed the password just before a trip with school, and when I
came home five days later I had just forgotten it)
