I'm having the exact same problem with a fully updated version of
Vista Home Premium and Steam, from Valve Software. It says on their
website that Steam is for 2000, XP, and Vista, and I'm the only
administrator on the computer. I have the same problem when trying to
update iTunes!

Why the #%$! can't I do this?!
