Vista only admin password lock

My Vista only admin password is locked and I tried to remember it with no
luck, my laptop is now without use, any urgent help is appreciated. Many

Hello,

there are two ways: Try restarting into Safe Mode (press F8 before Windows
starts) and log on with the default built-in Administrator account (which
usually has no password). There, you should then be able to change your
password.
Secondly, if the first doesn't help, you may be able to reset your password
using this: http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/
