Dual Identities
Hi I'm currently using a Fujitsu T4210 Tablet PC running Windows Vista
Business Edition. The question at hand is that, it appears to me that from
the most recent security update, my welcome screen suddenly have the exact
same account right next to it. Do i need to reinstall vista to fix this
problem?

Re: Dual Identities
This appears to be a conflict with a system that has a fingerprint reader
and the Omnipass software installed. If this applies to your system, here is
what others have done to resolve the problem.

You need to uninstall Omnipass from the Programs and Features applet in
Control Panel and then re-install the Omnipass software.

You may need to contact the computer maker for instructions on re-installing
the Omnipass software.
