Restricting drives

I'm trying to restrict access to one of my disk drives to other users of my
computer. I've tried to deny access to users under the Security Tab in the
Properties. All this does is deny access to all users. How do I deny access
to the drive to only one user? If anyone can help I would appreciate it.
