Parental Controls

I've set up the parental controls; however, can they access the parameters
i've set up and change them since they have their own account?

If so, how do i change it so they can't

They can only make changes if they are logged on with an Administrator
account.

The recommended setup is to have the children using a Standard User account
and the parent having an Administrator account with password protection.
