I FOUND 2 PROBLEMS WITH VISTA
Ok this first part might sound kinda dunb on my part but everyone makes
mistakes..... I activated Vista's Admin account on the Command Prompt by
typing "right click Run as Admin and than typed...net user administrator
/active:yes" after i activated the account for my mom i gave it a password
and limited the time my sister could be on for only one daya aweek and for 8
hours. Later that day my mom made a mistake and thought me or my sister did
something wrong, i knew i did no such thing but i deleted thee Admin user
name and profile but i forgot to turn off the Parental Controls. So now the
computer will completly lock us out of the computer at a certain time and
there is no password on any screen name. I need Admin Priv's to make ANY
changes. It just asks for a password but gives no text box to type it, seems
like a big mistake on Vista's Part.I cant do anything but basic things. I
cant even turn the clocks back to give me more time without Admin
Authorization. Problem 2 with Vista.... I thought the secret Admin had
absolute power. This isnt true.. On the start up screen if you hit F-10 and
enter the set up screen on start up i can roll the time back to earlier when
i am allowed access. Seems like another hole in the "New and Improved" Vista.
I do however need help removing this problem of mine, can anyone help???
