How to set default handling for certain exceptions

I have some compiled batch files and a sample of eicar that got deleted.
Where do i adjust all the default values for how certain malware are
handled? What is the best way to handle this scenario, the sample and
compiled batch files could be moved anywhere...

The compiled batch files are also incorrectly identified as virus so
ignorring that virus could be a problem if the real thing was encountered?
