No it does not. It has report summaries, that's it. It would not matter
anyway,..the ISP is only going to care what *their* tools say (no matter if
they are right or wrong), they aren't going to care what your tools say.
Also...
I could also do 15gig (= of about 3 1/2 DVDs) in a few hours, that is
assuming it is Gigabyte and not Gigabit (which is 8x's less). 15Gig a month
might as well be dialup.
Sounds like a new scheme or new scam,...not a new service.
