What is the diffrence

Hi,

I'm new to forefront for exchange, i'd like to know what is the diffrence
between "the exchange 2007 Built in Anti Spam Agents that can be installed
on the Hub Transport Rule", and "the Forefront Security for exchange Premium
Antispam"
