Manual Scan Error ForeFront Exchange

Running ForeFront Security for Exchange, Server 2008, and Exchange 2007 SP1.
All updated with latest SPs. No public folders and select none when
scanning.

When I run a manaul scan I receive the following error:

ProgramLog.txt:
( 7136- 7140), "ERROR: Manual scan failed."

Event Log:
Event 5014, FSCManualScanner, Manaul Scan Failed
