administrator PW change caused problems

Hello all,

We recently changed our administrator PW, and as a result I've encounted
lots of errors on my Forefront server (everything is installed on a single
server). Also, an install of WSUS 3.0 SP1 seemed to change things as well.
I've worked through a good bit of them, but I still have a couple of nagging
errors I can't seem to resolve. And the bigger point is that I'm not sure
the system is working properly after these changes.

Apparently the server was installed using Windows Authentication on pretty
much everything...so obviously this is permissions related. What I would
really like to do is change all the authentication for MOM, SQL, WSUS, IIS,
and Forefront to use something like a service account that doesn't change.

Does anyone have a checklist that details the steps required to reset the
permissions on MOM, SQL, WSUS, IIS, and Forefront on a single server install
(Win2003,SP2)?
