Cannot deploy policy

Dear All,

I've installed fore front client security successfully. Unfortunately when I
want to
deploy any policy in forefront cosole, the following error occurs:

The policy cannot be deployed.

Further details:
Unable to create new group policy object.
The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contact.
(Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007054B)

I can query the AD when I choose Add Group.

Could any one help me as I cannot find out any solution even google it...=<
