How can I set up the forefront to send the Quarantine email to my emailbox

I am on the way with forefront on exchange now.
recently, we have the plan to get the quarantine mail from forefront
area.------this is the first guard in our company.
it is working by keywords filtering. But i can only find the interface of
the quarantine mail wiht quarantine database.
how can i make these email forward to my special emailbox?
I set it "Quarantine as Single EML File" already following with
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/940473
but i can't forward it.
what i can do now is to deliver the mail one by one from the database. it
made me crazy. you can see the attachment please.

by the way, in content filtering section, can i make the rating for
SCL?-----this is the second guard of exchange for spam.
i can set the Quarantine email forwarding easily here.
