Few random issues with FCS/MOM

I've been noticing alot of these sorts of errors in my application log
lately..

The Data Access Server (DAS) on computer localhost returned an error.

System error code: -2147024891
System error text: Access is denied.
DAS method called: ProcessRuleSelectAll

SQL Server Scheduled Job 'Microsoft Forefront Client Security'

has anyone seen any of these quirks previously?
