upgrade client security trial to full

hello,

I plan to deploy the Client Security in a production. We are currently
running a different antivirus and I would like to use the trial version
first on some of the real world computers.

Is it possible to upgrade later to full version?
How do I achieve this upgrade?
- reinstall clients?
- just buy the licenses?
- reinstall servers?
