Forefront manager and McAfee Epo

Can Forefront Manager be installed on the same server, together with
McAfee Epo? We would like to replace most of the Mcafee installations on
our servers (McAfee Clients, Exchange Groupshield and Sharepoint
Portalshield) with forefront clients and Exchange an Sharepoint
replacements. I know McAfee Epo Uses several TCP ports for
communication, I would like to know if there could be a conflict between
Epo an FM.
