Cannot access /reports and reportserver sites

Trying to install Forefront on a Win 2003 R2 server. During setup, there are
no other errors except that it can't connect to http://server/reports and
/reportserver.
When I try to view those sites I get a "Page Cannot be Displayed" error. I
added the sites to the trusted websites list and still no go.

How exactly do I enable this so I can install FCS?

Would appreciate any help on this issue.

1) Verify that IE can actually get the server/reports and server/
reportserver
2) If so, and you're just being prompted for credentials:

Remove the site from trusted sites and put into the intranet zone.
Even if you add it to intranet zone, you *still* have to remove it
from trusted sites.
