FCS setup fail domain NETBIOS name is lan-company

Hello!

I have the Windows 2003 domain name lan-company.local.
All prerequisites for FCS are OK but setup stops at first component to
install "collection database" - with msiexec exit code 1603
Do you know the netbios name with _ and - is a problem for FCS setup?
Is there a way to pass this problem?
