How to completely remove forefront

I have a network customer with a new small business server. They mistakenly
installed FCS with all modules on the SBS including SQL 2005, SQL 2005
Express for WSUS 3 (i think), MOM, MMC 3, SQL reporting services, and maybe
more. It is not working and has caused the server to suffer a heavy
performance hit.

How can I completely remove everything?
