Vista : all faxuseraccounts are not accessible

Hi,
Probably after the latest update my faxprogram in Vista doesn't work anymore.

The message in dutch: Alle faxgebruikersaccounts zijn onbereikbaar.

I tried a lot as disabling my firewall, but nothing solveds this problem. So
I think there's an error in the latest update (12-11-2008)

Kun je geen Systeemherstel doen naar een punt voor de installatie van
de update?
