Installing Updates of .net 1.1 does not work

For some time now I still have the security update for .net framework 1.1 in
the list of updates that should be installed, but it just does not work. Can
anyone tell me how I could get this update installed?

Probeer hem handmatig te downloaden en daarna te installeren [let op de
gekozen taal-versie]:
