safety mode clean internet host contacts

by bluescreen error my PC breaks down and restart in safety mode.
Error occurs at end of start up, when internet host contact is mode.
Recently my PC internet was changed by a cable provider (ZIGGO) promissing
better service. My previous host was by telephone host service and always
functioned. Since then I used the old host, but screen for internet
connection request started each time when i had made contact with the
telephone host.
Most likely then error is due to double connection to different internet
host addresses.
How can I clean all internet host finding and restart with single internet
host?
