help and support

the window help and support keeps popping up at the most unexpected moments
and when this happens it is very difficult or even impossible to click it
away. It makes it then impossible to work in any program.
What went wrong, what can I do to solve this problem?

Thank you : I downloaded superantispyware and scanned with no result
When I tried to download from malwarebytes I got a viruswarning (trojan
horse and stopped downloading. So thusfar:no result!

doorr IE geblokkeerd.
