intel ich9 usb error 39

Hello,

I am working on a Vista Home Premium 64 bits system
Shortly ago ALL my USB devices occured with an error 39. Some sites can give
me an answer, but all tell me that it's an 32 bit solution, that wont install
in my case.
Can anyone help me.
