how to get back after back-up to station a and b on my acer quad p

(1) after making back-up on my pc (acer aspire quad=4 stations) i lost my
stations a and b and all what's on it, how to get back ? (2) how to delete
the voice for instructions. (3) how to delete the looking glass. (4) how to
put my photo's from my pc on disk or usb-stick. thank you

Je mag hier gewoon Nederlands gebruiken, hoor. En verder is het wel zo
handig om voor elk probleem een apart draadje te starten. Misschien is
een eenvoudig boekje over Vista ook aan te raden, Vista voor Dummies
bijvoorbeeld. Een beetje boekhandel kan je daar aan helpen.
