Paginaformaat staat default op letter i.p.v. op A4

In Vista staat de paginainstelling standaard op "letter".
Als ik wil scannen moet ik voor elke scan dit wijzigen naar A4.
Wie kan mij vertellen hoe ik dit kan wijzigen in Vista?
