Selecting mailadresses

Since a short time my window "select adrss" doesn't work normal. I can't
scroll, it is flickering and the adresses can somtimes be selected and
sometimes not.
Who can help me

Je mag hier gewoon in het Nederlands posten. Vertel dan ook met welk
programma je het probleem hebt.
