windows vista update fault

hi i got a acer aspire 5633wlmi 2gb 120hd windows vista home premuim
when i'm update the windows the update calt : KB938979 windows security
update date of releas is 28-08-2007 and if i'm instal this update i'm get a
bluescreen of death
pleas microsoft make a new update for it or look whats wrong whit thad
update look forwarts to hearing from you your fatfuly kevin v
