WSUS server does not download few updates released on 06/08/2009

Following updates are not getting downloaded,
1. Security Bulletin ID : MS09-27, KB Article : KB969600

Applies to,
Microsoft Word 2000
Microsoft Works Suite 2000
Microsoft Works Suite 2001

Supported Operating Systems: Windows 2000 Service Pack 4; Windows NT;
Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1; Windows XP Service Pack 2

Update File Name - office2000-KB969600-FullFile-ENU.exe

2. Security Bulletin ID: MS09-21, KB Article : KB969683

Applies to,
Microsoft Excel 2000 (with Office 2000 Service Pack 3 (SP3))

Supported Operating Systems: Windows 2000 Service Pack 4; Windows NT;
Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1; Windows XP Service Pack 2
Update File Name: office2000-KB969683-FullFile-ENU.exe

WSUS Server settings (Version 3.0 SP1)
Products & Classifications is set to All Products & All Classifications

I also tried by setting up a fresh WSUS server on different machine and
performed synchronization. However It also did not download the above
mentioned updates.
Can any one help on this issue.
