Release Date filter for Update Catalog

It would be nice to include a filter that allows for setting what updates you
would like to see within a certain date range or before a particular date or
after a particular date.

I'd have to agree... It used to be that I could go to the catalog select
product service pack and it would return a list of all updates released after
that service pack. It was an easy way to build network install shares etc.
this however is entirely useless.
