Suggest you post to the Windows Update newsgroup and *include* relevant
information, such as:
http://www.microsoft.com/communities...&lang=en&cr=US
1a. The edition of Windows.
b. The Service Pack level of the above. [ SP1/SP2, etc]
2. How long the issue has been going on for.
3a. The installed antivirus/security suite/anti-malware software.
b. The subscription status of the above and have they been updated to
the latest virus definitions/program Versions.
c. The name of the 3rd party firewall, if one is being used.
d. The last time the system was scanned for the presence of malware
and if *anything* was detected by the scan.
