Note that I once got this code when the URL was missing a language
identifier. What language are you using? Try putting EN-US first
and see if that makes a difference? (In fact you may actually be able
to get away with modifying the URL that you see if it has a different
language identifier; otherwise you would have to actually modify
your Language Preferences, e.g. using IE press Alt-T,O,Alt-L
and Add EN-US or move it into the first position.)
